The many group operations are divided into two business segments:

Industrial Operations, is a well established global business capable of meeting the compressed air treatment product needs of all industries. It is a world leader with many significant brand labelled and major customers. NBC (Nuclear, Biological, Chemical) protection is a new development project within Industrial Operations. This provides the worlds first totally regenerative filtration system that is 100% effective against all air borne contaminants. These include nerve agents, choking, blood agents, viruses and bacteria and nuclear particles. Protective systems are available for buildings, ships, shelters and vehicles both armoured and civillian.

Process Operations, specialise in the manufacture and supply of filters for the clarification, stabilisation and sterilisation of liquids and gases principally in the pharmaceutical, beverage, food and electronics industries, and also in laboratories. Also the development and manufacture of a range of on-site gas generation equipment principally for the production of both nitrogen and hydrogen.

The dried, filtered compressed air has a dewpoint of 3°C (37°F) at a pressure of 7 bar g (100 psi g) and is clean, free of liquid water and ready for use.

PNEUDRI totally cleans and dries compressed air down to -40°C (-40°F) dp as standard - (ISO8573.1 Class 1.2.1). For critical applications, PNEUDRI can be supplied with a dewpoint of -70°C (-100°F) dp (ISO8573.1 Class 1.1.1). Based on well proven designs and principles, PNEUDRI embodies true innovation and excellent value for money. PNEUDRI comprises of a high tensile extruded aluminium column containing twin chambers filled with desiccant material which dries the compressed air as it passes through. One chamber is operational (drying), whilst the opposite chamber is regenerating using the Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) method of drying.

Oil x PLUS Series.

This is probably the best and most popular filter range in the world. Domnick hunter has been providing solutions to compressed air and gas problems for more than 35 years. OIL-XPLUS high-efficiency filters with pipe sizes from 1/4" to 12" are capable of removing particulate matter, liquid oil and water droplets, oil odours and vapour. Filters can also be manufactured in various materials for use in special gas, high temperature and corrosive environment applications. OIL-XPLUS filters are available for working pressures of up to 350 bar g (5000 psi g). With air quality conforming to ISO 8573.1 standard, companies worldwide rely on British made OIL-XPLUS high-efficiency filters from domnick hunter to clean up their compressed air and gases.
